If
you don't have any experience with HTML i recommend that you read some..
HTML tutorials can be found many places on the internet, and the most
simple way to find these (atleast i think?!), is to GOOGLE them!

Welle anyway.. I have made a few sites just to give this template a
"look"..
If you want to make your menu editable without needing to edit
all pages over again,
i recommend that you read some PHP tutorials?!
Noo, you don't "have" to read them.. It just might help you out a
bit... Atleast i really think you should give it a try.. :)
